During the holiday all the quests have access to the 2 common areas, play room, and an outside play ground for young children near the fish pond and the outside sun shower.
RULES IN THE APARTMENT
- Check in between 15:00/21:00
- Check out between 08:00/10:00
- The time of silence is between 23:00 and 08:00 in the morning.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.
- Friendly animals are welcome but must not disturb the other quests.
- 1 Parking place for free inside the property. There are other free parking places nearby.
- The payment is to be paid at arrival, including the deposit, and the eventual extra costs.
- At che check-out you must leave the apartment in a proper state (separate the waste inside the dedicated bins on the parking lot)
- We put a lot of care in creating Terramata so we ask you to please do the same, eventual damage will be charged on the deposit.
- In our apartments it is not possible to have extra beds.
